Tourist guide training

Gästeführertraining; a training of 27 days plus learning), I gathered a thorough knowledge of the regional and history, including architecture and art.

Within the training modules, we learned to recognize different style epochs of architecture by looking at buildings and details on these buildings. We also visited many hallmarks of architectural design and museums:

• Minster of Bad Doberan (Gothic Brick Architecture, typical for the Baltic region)
  
• Main Building University of Rostock (Neo-Renaissance)
  
• Historic Church of Warnemünde (Neo-Gothic)
• Rostock harbour
• St. Mary's Church, Rostock
• St. Peter's Church, Rostock (13th century Brick Gothic Architecture)
• Historic inner city of Rostock
